Our family plan gives you EpiFIT Silver benefits for up to 4 family members!
$10 for each additional family member. Family members must live in the same household (ID verification required). Children ages 6-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent at all times. Children ages 14-17 years old can use the facility independently with written parent’s consent. Please visit us in person to sign up.
This membership is suitable for students 14-23 years old. Valid student ID required.
