At the beginning of your first private session, you will perform a fitness assessment with your personal trainer. Your trainer will discuss your specific fitness goals, such as Cardiovascular reduction, Weight reduction, Sport specific training, General muscle tone and cardiovascular fitness, Body sculpting and toning, Rehabilitation from injury.
Based on these goals, the trainer will design a training program specifically directed toward your desired RESULTS.
